Minecraft - Build Battle

Event description: Unleash your skill and build the most amazing, extravagant, and astonishing creation you can within 15 minutes. compete to score the highest and move to the FINALS! 15 minutes to build the most amazing, extravagant, and most astonishing creation. A theme shall be provided, and each team's build will be judged. Those with the highest scores move forwards, to the second and final round, and those with the lowest get eliminated. Scores will be given by 3 judges on your builds, on a scale from 1 – 10. There are 2 rounds; the second (final) round will consist of a special challenge which will be revealed to those who qualify.

Rules and Regulations:


  • 2 Rounds, each round has winners and losers. A theme will be given to you on the spot, and you have 3 minutes to prepare, and 15 minutes to execute your build.

  • After 15 minutes, your builds cannot be edited. Complete or incomplete, the judges will go to each build, giving it a score from 1 to 10. The higher your team's score, the more chances you have of moving to the next round. Team scores will be taken out of 30. Judge scores are final; any arguments or complaints will not be entertained.

  • The second round consists of a special challenge, which will be revealed to you 3 minutes prior to the second round. How you overcome this challenge and create your build will also be taken into account. 

  • Breaking any rules will lead to penalization. Depending on the severity, points may be deducted or may lead to immediate disqualification.

  • Usernames must be provided while registering, as only those will be whitelisted to the server. Failing to provide the correct username will lead to the individual/team not being able to participate in the event.


  • Use of 3rd party software, such as hacked clients, x-ray resource packs, fast-block place, schematic, etc.

  • Trying to intentionally copy others builds

  • Griefing. Any attempt to grief others will lead to disqualification.

  • Arguing or attempting to dispute the judges’ score

  • Being disruptive or demeaning to your fellow participants

  • Trying to gain an unfair advantage.

  • No-Shows. If a teammate or an individual shows up after the event starts, regardless of technical or other issues, they will not be allowed to participate. (Unless it is an issue from our end).

  • The exploitation of bugs or any glitches will lead to automatic disqualification.

NOTE: The Organizing Committee of FLAME Kurukshetra shall not be responsible for any issues that take place at your end. Any technical issues must be sorted out on your end BEFORE the event begins. If issues do arise during the event on your end, we cannot provide support for the same. It is advised to log on 5 – 10 minutes prior to the event to fix any issues that may arise.
